We have finally been assigned a region: TVER. It's about a 2 hour drive outside Moscow.
Anna tried to email us over the Christmas holiday, but the email never went through. So we did not find out until Wednesday, January 6th, while we were at the church dinner. We were so excited.
We are now waiting for Anna (our coordinator) to send us our next steps. Yesterday I learned about an additional 15-day waiting period for the Tver region. I sent Anna an email asking questions about this 15-day waiting period. Not sure if it's business days or calendar days. That is a long time to wait. This wait is in addition to the 10-day waiting period.
