After running into a road block on the Tver paperwork (not able to get medical records notarized by the doctor), we decied to change to the other region that CHI recommened for us. We are excited to be moving forward on the Moscow City paperwork. We only had two additonal documents that needed to be sent to CHI, which went out today via FedEx. Yeah!
We have been told that once Moscow receives our paperwork, it will take only 1.5 to 2 months for a referral and then 1.5 to 2 months for the court date.
